Highly recommended coffee machine
Update: It is now July and the cooling system no longer works. It is sending out piping hot lava water instead. The good news is I have contacted Keurig and the warranty process so far has been very easy to go through to get a new one. Hoping the new one does better in the long run. I got this for Christmas and am loving it so far. We read the reviews about it not cooling, but we have left it plugged in and once it got cooled off it has stayed cooled off. It does take a little time to re-cool for another cup, but not too long after the initial set up. I have also read the reviews about the noise and it is no worse than the refrigerator sound. It is a really good investment for those that don't want to spend big money at the coffee shop everyday. It also has a high capacity of water that it can hold especially in comparison to my old Keurig which is super nice. You don't have to fill the tank up nearly as often with the new tank. Beyond all that, the coffee tastes amazing which is the whole reason for a coffee machine, right? Overall, highly recommend!

Four Broken Machines Since Launch
FINAL UPDATE--Over the past couple years my family and I have gone through FOUR of these. They have all been well-maintained and treated with care, and they have all broken seemingly out of nowhere for zero visible reason. I was willing to be kind because it's a novel product and when it works it's incredible, but obviously four separate coffee machines breaking within a span of a couple years is ridiculous. Last Keurig I will ever buy, but I kept them in business for a few months with my purchases. TLDR: it was an incredible 5 star product until it broke after 4 months of regular use. I'll keep it short and sweet. This is my favorite coffee maker I own, and I own a Breville Barista Touch and a Nespresso in addition to the Keurig Brew+Chill. My first couple iced coffees were very disappointing, to the point I almost initiated a return with Amazon. But once I got the right amount of oat milk (or creamer) and sweetener dialed in I swear this is some of the best iced coffee I've ever had. Better than Dunkin and Starbucks for sure. Obviously the taste depends on the K-cup you use, and the convenience-factor adds some brownie points, but I don't think I'll ever go out and get drive-thru coffee again. The way the machine works is a little unique. Basically for iced coffee it has to "charge" over time. The first time you use the machine it will take 6 hours to charge fully, and once it's charged it can make about 4 iced coffees in a row and still make them very cold (I'm talking sub-60 degrees which for coffee is insane). After that you can still brew iced coffee, it just won't come out very cold. For hot coffee, it works like any other Keurig. But if you only brew one or two iced coffees in like a one hour time period, it charges very fast. The only downside I can mention is the fan noise--in order to work, the cooling apparatus has a fan that runs almost all the time as the machine charges. My house is open-concept, and I can hear the fan in my living room very clearly from the kitchen, which is about 30-feet away. I got used to it pretty quickly, and it's MUCH quieter than my GE Opal Ice Maker. But it's worth mentioning in this review. Overall I ADORE this coffee maker. It feels revolutionary. I got it on sale for $170, which for what you're getting, seems insanely affordable. I plan on buying another one for my house in another state so I don't have to haul it with me every season. UPDATE 4 MONTHS LATER: It broke out of nowhere. Just straight-up stopped working. At first the Descale light lit up, so I ordered the Descale formula and followed all the steps. I thought the problem was a clogged needle after descaling didn't fix it, but cleaning the needles didn't help. It sounds like something is wrong with the pump that pulls in water from the tank. I can't get hot or cold coffee to brew at all. Instead of contacting customer service I just ordered another one because the four months that the machine *did* work were lovely. All that to say: your mileage may very. I dropped the review score from 5 stars to 3, because $200 every 4 months is a high price to pay for iced coffee at home, no matter how delicious and convenient it is.

gives cold coffee without needing ice
THIS does exactly what I wanted... iced /cold coffee WITHOUT needing ice . I don't have where to keep lots of ice cubes and not particularly fond of my cold coffee getting diluted.. iced coffee makes require hot bre over ice cubes which means you HAVE to always have ice ready and it's going to dilute the brew and I want a full 12 oz not 10 ounces to make it strong enough to handle the dilution of ice cubes.. this is NOT freeing cold.. it's cold.. you can brew a full size 12 ounces and by using stainless. steel mug it stays cold.. if you want it COLDER you can hit the STRONG brew button first , then do your 12 ounces and add a ice cube or three and bingo full size, the added strength gives enough to completely change the taste but allows for any dilution.. after sugar and 1/2+1/2 I have a 16 ounce COLD coffee.... now if you are using a regular plastic cup or something like that it's probably not going to end up being cold enough for you or to stay cold enough for you which is what the stainless steel does but for me this sells the problem of not having to keep ice on hand and also being able to have a cold enough to drink right away and because I put it in stainless steel it's still cold 4 hours later I did still makes a wonderful hot cup of coffee just like my other keurigs have done before. also the setup is pretty easy I thought this is going to be something that in order to keep it cold you were going to have to do a special procedure every single time and it's not once you fill up that tank in the beginning and you wait to 7 hours or so that it takes until it chill comes to full chill it periodically has a fan that will go on and off keeping it that way and the fan is not annoying to me at all if it is there's a little button you can press to make it quieter It just means that it takes longer to come to a full charge I have used it without a full charge and still get a perfectly cold cup of coffee and you only will have to adjust the chill part once a year which I think is pretty darn easy

Runs the chiller ALL. THE. TIME.
Ok. Maybe I didn't understand what I was getting into. This machine is all about the 'Iced Coffee'. It has a chiller that runs 24/7, even in the winter... It has no clock; no self starter. It is going to chew up electricity - all the time. Other than that, we love the water reservoir and the 'no fuss' controls. It makes coffee when I ask it to. UPDATE: 9 months later and unit will not draw water from the reservoir. I will never buy a Keurig again.... I just wish I could turn it off...

The Perfect Brew
I have never been more happy to have upgraded! My little Keurig quit on me last month and I was so bummed! With Fall and Winter right around the corner I wanted to make sure I could have my coffee and hot chocolate from home. As an expecting mother - this is exactly what I needed for these upcoming days! This size is great and fits on my Keurig cup holder. Itโs so easy to use AND I get to have iced beverages now, too! It was a little pricey but in the long run will be saving me money with drink trips. Doesnโt make a tone of noise and itโs a quick with making drinks. Fingers crossed this lasts me more than three years!
