Great product and great customer service! The app is easy to use and set up, the remote is very responsive, and the device itself generally works great. When I did recently run into an issue where it stopped turning on properly, I called Hohem's customer service; they picked up quickly, diagnosed the issue easily, and when we determined it could not be fixed on my end, promptly sent me a replacement. I very much appreciated them easily honoring the warranty without trying to find the "gotcha" reason it was somehow exempt from warranty coverage, like you often run into. They even worked with me to get my replacement sooner so that I would have it for the project I was currently working on. It was something they didn't have to do, and I think it really shows they care about their customers and providing great customer service. Overall, the product works great, and when problems did arise, they quickly, easily, and kindly did all they could to make it right!

I had a little trouble setting this up at first, but after spending about an hour working through the balancing steps and app setup, it became much easier to operate. The effort is entirely worth it, as it features noticeably good gimbal response compared to my other devices, delivering fluid and stable tracking shots. Love love love for videos. Keeps the camera steady and keeps the videos from being shaky. I like that you can control the motion of the camera and flip from vertical to horizontal. I’m removing one star because it fits on the buttons so you have to really play with it so it’s not pressing your side buttons. It’s not lightweight but not heavy either. Great quality. I bought this gimbal because I have been getting into TikTok content creation, and thought the hand grip would help with fatigue. Edit: I received the joysticks and they were for a completely different product, even though the website said they were replacements for it. Did a return and got a new one... Had a joystick but it was glitchy and shook no matter what you did with it, and after a couple months of use it doesn't even turn on anymore. Honestly... Just get a different brand because if this is the quality control they have they are just wasting your time. TLDR: Easy to use, app is not as bad as people say, very sturdy build, and it would have gotten five stars if the joystick on the remote was actually included. Had to buy a 2 pack from there website for $15. CONS: Let's start with the one and only flaw I have found, and the reason I gave it 4 stars. in the picture you will notice that the joystick for the remote is missing. This didn't fall off it simply wasn't there. This gives me the impression that there quality assurance isn't assuring. PROS: The battery life I actually very good, and that's not even after charging. Right out of the box I was able to use it for a full two hours without it dying. The movements of the gimbal was very smooth; it balances almost instantly as you turn it The grip feels nice in my hand and the fatigue I had from the past few weeks of filming was relieved finally with the ergonomic shape. The tripod and carrying case or a very nice addition as well, but I had better things to store it in and a larger tripod so they weren't really needed. This means I can't speak to there durability. The app was super easy to download and I am confused why it has such bad reviews. The video quality and AI tracking are actually extremely nice, and the people saying it was hard to figure out must not be able to read because it has an extensive tutorial right as you open it up. Not to mention the AI tracking and hand gestures explain themselves the moment you click the button to activate them. So, trust me... You don't need to be a professional to use it, and you should ignore the "hard to use" reviews. In general this gimbal works better then I could have hoped for, and for the price it's a no brainer. I would have given them five stars if I wasn't forced to spend an extra $15 on joystick replacements. I would have asked for a replacement, but I needed it that day and a 2 pack replacement seemed like a good investment if the original wasn't even included.

This device works well. The controls are fairly simple to use. It is rechargable and comes with a remote control. I do have two issues with it. There is no way to pause a video recording and restart it using the controls. This is mildly annoying. The other issue is more bothersome. The tension clamp WILL NOT hold the phone if it is in a phone case. It can only be used without the case. This causes a serious problem for phone protection.

Love the clipe design, better than DJI with the magnet clip. It also doesn't accidentally press your volume or lock buttons, and it moves smoothly, decent battery life
