The best!
I received my bread slicer today and it’s honestly the best thing I’ve ever purchased. The quality is excellent, it works perfectly, and makes slicing bread so much easier. I’m extremely happy with this product and highly recommend it!

Works great, Evan on sourdough bread. The suction cup bottom hold it in place. Great move, but getting at the cups to release should be easier.

So far this works great. I have used it to slice fresh loaves of brown soda bread and sourdough bread and it made easy work of both loaves. It's nice to have even, consistent slices. It's easy to use, the thickness guide adjusts easily and the suction cup feet really stick to the countertop. I will have to be careful and make sure I watch where my fingers are.

Makes slicing sourdough, and other breads, so much faster and easier. And the slices are so consistent, and more aesthetically pleasing! Was able to slice baguettes diagonally for bruschetta. Nice presentation.

This is definitely a step up from using a bread knife. Overall all, my slicing is much more uniform and much less frustrating. That being said, there are a couple of things that could make this better. I find myself not changing the slice width as much as I would probably like as I have to get the tool and change the width using the nut under the machine. I wish that was more conveniently located. Sometimes, the bottom of the bread will get stuck and tear a bit under the blade. Also, there's really nowhere for the bread to go after you slice a piece. If you leave it where it falls, it will get in the way of the next slice so you have to manually move it each time. I also end up with tons of crumbs on the counter as there is nowhere else for those to go.

I just used my slicer for the first time with a loaf of sourdough I baked early this morning. I have never, and I mean NEVER been able to get uniform slicing with a knife. Not to mention slicing with a knife also creates way more mess of crumbs than this product does. Cleanup was super easy, and it's well worth it if you're a home baker. One less "chore" to do when you're baking. Excellent!
