ASRock AMD X870 Pro RS WiFi AM5 DDR5 PCIe 5.0 ATX Motherboard

ASRock has been making some solid boards at all price ranges! This one is no different, perfectly fits my white and black build in the Corsair 4000D. Plenty of USB ports at the back, all the connectors you would wish for. Doesn't have a code readout for faults but there is a light system. Mine came with BIOS 3.11 from November which means its a recently manufactured board. Current BIOS in Jan 2025 is 3.15 but I haven't bothered updating yet because everything is working perfectly with Corsair Vengeance 6000Mhz CL30 RAM using EXPO profile. I would also say that the BIOS is very clean though fairly basic looking compared to the likes of ASUS, but then again it doesn't look gamery at all but more professional which I am totally fine with. All the functions are present and correct! If you want a solid value white AM5 board this it.

As pointed out by others the cpu connector from the psu top left of the board has a misprint please use the online manual and put cable in on the left. I especially like the ability to flash up the bios from usb before installing processor. The built in I/O shield is great no cut fingers. Main m.2 heat shield is super easy tool less. Plenty of usb ports on board.

This will destroy granite ridge 3D processors (9000 X3D) on sbios version 3.30 and earlier. No reports of failure on 3.40 so far but this ASRock does not deserve your patronage. ASRock will not offer a refund if contacted directly, but MoreComputer will fight for your case even outside of the Amazon return window if you are impacted like I was. Thank you Danny!

If you want to fit a liquid AIO cooler then this isn't the board for you. If you look at the picture you'll see there there are two capacitors in a second row. These will prevent the cooler mounting bracket from being fitted. Otherwise, to be fair, Asrock are fantastic.

Thought I had a DOA one would not post with an RTX5080 posted ok with my RTX3070 spent an entire day pulling bits out even took it out and filed a return and boxed it back up Decided to have one last go at it and managed to get it to boot using a single stick of RAM in slot 4, did not boot with more than 1 stick of ram. Once booted I was then.able to add the extra ram and all worked OK after that. Looks great, support looks a bit sketchy no bios updates available as of time of writing. So of you have boot issues try with 1 stick of ram in slot 4

Nothing but problems since I had this motherboard, mostly due to the 9800x3d had to update bios, but was still getting issues. Then it appears the board was not supplying enough power to the gpu and cpu, and this is after replacing a 1000w Corsair psi with a 1200w lian li so ending up being an issue with the board. Avoid at all costs unless you want stress

今回クリエーティブ用途でMac Book / Mac mini のようなモダンPCをWindowsで組むというコンセプトを立て要件を見積もりました。 とはいえ、Windowsデスクトップなのでてんこ盛りに。 1. M.2 3枚必須 (System:1TB / DATA1:2TB / DATA2:4TB） 2. NVIDIA RTX対応 ≒ PCIE 5対応 ≒ ATX3.1/PCI 5.1対応 850W 電源（ここが鬼門。在庫切れ多発） 3. DDR5 64GB 4. 静音性の追求 5. Windows 10から11へ移行 6. 最新I/O対応、例えばUSB4でDockingStationやディスプレイ出力、WiFi 7対応 7. マザーボード側の電力安定性（I/O周りに影響するので電源側のスペックも影響） 結論からいってRyzen 7 9700Xをベースにこのマザーボードはド安定してます。 Windows10をインストール時はWifi7が対応しておらず、対応ドライバーなし/デバイスエラーが出たので焦りましたが、OSアップグレード後にドライバーがAsRock App Shopからインストール可能になり、11アップグレード後は平然と動作してます。 おかげでDTM/2D-3Dアセットデザイン/動画編集/AI/アプリケーション開発など全部出来る過不足ない拘りのPCが爆誕。 Thunderbolt専用デバイスでもない限り、およそ接続できない物はない状況です。 というか、映像出力ポートが手持ちのGPU含めるとHDMI x2 DP x3 USB4 x2 ＝7 Portもあり、Radeon GPU+Nvidia GPUもあり、WiFi 7/BTあり、M.2 スロット三つあり、SATAも4つ。 M.2_3が埋まるとPCIE4だかSATAポートが二つ死ぬようですが、PCIE5にGPU突っ込むんで困らず、SATAドライブは速度的にUSB 3.1で外部接続にしてしまっても何も問題がない。 そもそもハブもあるのでUSBポートが余り、SATAドライブ類は全てPCケースの外に排出した方が配線がスマートになり、適当な2.5ケースで余ったSATA SSDを運用したり、HDDならNAS導入を考えるべきかも。 最後に一応SSDの速度を計測してみた所、PCIE5/PCIE4で同じクルーシャル製 T500シリーズの1TB/2TBで違いがありました。どうやらPCIE5だと余裕があるからか公称値出る模様。 参考までに画像を添付しておきます。 本来1TB(C:)より2TB(D:)の方が7000付近らしいんですが、1TBのC:の方が勝ってる状況はモヤつく('・ω・`)

i bought this item as a rma'd item that was used but in good state if i remember correctly to replace the same motherboard and it came really fast, looked brand new and fired up without any issues. seller also sent a message before purchase to specify about some stuff and it was a good touch. 5/5 since i had no issues whatsoever with the purchase and it was a good price.

Sehr schöner Mainboard. Es passt super in meinen Lian Li Tower und die RGB macht sich auch fantastisch.

お値段お安め？ 普段は格安目のマザーボードばかり使用していましたが今回は少し欲を出してみました 欲しかった機能、USB４は2端子あり WiFi７も使用してみたいのですがルーターの買い替えはまだ2～3年先なので宝の持ち腐れ状態 M2も5.0のSSＤは高いので、今は特に高くなりつつあり手が出せませんのでこちらも宝の持ち腐れ 4.0SSDでも上限いっぱいまできっちり転送速度が出ているのでよし メモリー4枚さしは転送速度が落ちる・落とされるとありました、がこちらの環境では4枚とも速度出て安定しています AMD・XPM3で16G・6000Mhz4枚刺し BOIS設定が少し分かりずらい印象、操作性も今一つなので要改善を希望 クリックできる範囲が狭くマウス移動が多い もう少し日本語化した部分を増やしてほしいと感じます 調べるのが大変なので 相対的には高スペックで安定しており満足です
