Great for Kids’ Stands and Parties – Just Wish the Cones Were a Bit Sturdier
We bought these cones and straws for our kids’ snow cone stand, and overall they’ve worked really well! The colors are fun, and we love the full scoop shape at the bottom of the cones—it holds a good amount of shaved ice and looks great when serving. The straws were actually better than we expected—sturdy, easy to use, and perfect for sipping any melted flavor at the end. No complaints there! The only downside is that the cones can be a little flimsy, especially if they stay wet for too long—they start to soften or fall apart a bit. Most of the time it’s fine, but it would be nice if they were just a little more stable. That said, they’ve held up well enough for our kids (ages 5–11) to use them confidently when running their snow cone stand in our neighborhood. I’d still recommend this set for backyard parties, summer treats, or kid-run stands—just serve and enjoy quickly!
