Do you hear that? No? That's coz its a noctua fan! Runs dead quiet and my previous issue of vibrations is remedied by the anti vibration 'screw' and pads. To be honest the offset speeds isn't something I can compare, but if the sync up sound has bothered you before, I'm sure they're good. In my opinion they are the absolute best fans you can get, but obviously you pay a premium. They're not the best value, be quiet and fractal are better. You're probably paying for a few decibels better, but if you want absolute best, you pay that premium.

So my pc had been running hotter than normal due to weather and I thought it was time to upgrade some of the fans, noctua are the best always have been but not cheap, I went for 2 packs total 4 140mm. My current fans were Fractal which were ok as part of the PC chassis but not really cutting the mustard. The Noctua fans are 4pin PWM but work fine in 3 pin also, I installed two at front to pull air in replacing the 2 Fractal 140s, one at the rear as the exhaust and one above the processor as a secondary exhaust. Once booted up I ran the ROG fan tuning and that was it, they are louder then the Fractal but not in a bad way as they are shifting more air. My temps idle in this weather are about 46c, on load now is 71c which before I was 52/81 so well worth the investment. Such a well built fan comes with everything you need including extension cable. Buy them as my old analogy goes buy cheap buy twice yes they are expensive but honestly still the best. System for anybody interested is ryzen 9 3950 64gb ram and an old 3080, the 3080 need replacing at some point and that’s kicks out some heat but just waiting for prices to stabilise but most prob go back total red on a 9070xt as Nvidia prices ain’t cutting it anymore for the gains you get

I read up on these as I wanted a silent PC build. The Fractal case I bought was a little noisy for my taste so decided to replace the in case fans with these and what a difference it made! Temperature wise the CPU dropped around 5 degrees and noise wise they can barely be heard under my desk. They didn't replace the CPU fan directly, so this is purely configuring the ambient air flow so very happy with the results.

These are great computer fans, very efficient and very quiet. If you don't care about price or appearance, buy them, because there are no better ones on the market.

Works perfectly. Noctua are my go-to for anything air cooling. The amount of air that they can push is amazing, it's like the power of a proper room fan. Moving to these from my previous arctic 212 120mm fans, I've seen ~10c improvements, this is from a 5 fan 120mm setup to a noctua 5 fan setup, with 4 140mm fans (these ones) and a nf-a12x25 G2 at the rear. Noctua aren't cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for.

Set of two, each running at slightly different rpm to avoid noise 'beating' - used with a extra single - to provide three intake fans for my new PC build. Absolutely no vibration, and supremely quiet whilst providing super airflow. Highly recommended.

The difference is night and day Noise levels I can’t hear anything cables where short then I added splitters and extensions zero problems high quality installation easy but my only concern was missing screws luckily still had my motherboard tool box screws.

Compared to other fans in it's class it's noise performance is leading with delivering excellent airflow to facilitate the best possible cooling in your rig. As you expect as the fans are able to deliver excellent air flow at lower speed Vs the competition it naturally is quiter at the high noctua quality you expect, of course this comes at a premium but well worth it.

Si quieres tener lo mejor y que sea sin lucecitas, éstos son los mejores ventiladores. No quiero refrigeración líquida, no tenía otra opción para tener la máxima potencia siendo silenciosos y sin tener que poner los ventiladores al máximo ya que no es necesario. Quería el mayor flujo de aire con carga (gaming sobre todo) pero con los ventiladores al 50% como mucho para evitar que parezcan un avión, jaja. Así el procesador y la gráfica los mantengo más frescos. Es una gran inversión pero con una buena torre tienes ya los componentes para muchísimos años. Cuanto menos temperatura tengas, mejor trabaja todo sin que parezca el ordenador una freidora. Mucha gente compra componentes caros sin pensar bien primero en cómo va a ser la ventilación y es un error. Noctua es calidad y lleva muchos años conmigo sin defraudarme. No necesito que sean RGB para nada ya que lo que quiero es ventilación EXTREMA y que sean silenciosos. Hay gente a la que no le gustan los colores marrones pero a mí me encantan ya que conozco de sobra su rendimiento. Aun poniéndolos al máximo, claro que suenan algo porque es lógico con ese tamaño a 1500rpm. Pero la suavidad es lo importante en comparación con otras marcas. Recomiendo su compra sin ninguna duda. Noctua 4Ever...
