Not true to size
These look like they are built as you would expect, buy the sizes do not match the listing. The shaft is 1 1/4, not 1 3/8, and the base plate is 4 5/8" not 5. The pin holes do not match up with regular commercial scaffolding either.My application was to use with regular commercial scaffolding. These were way too loose in the standard frames and the base was too small for the standard wheels with mounting plates.My guess is these are more for some type of home type scaffolding, not regular commercial scaffolding.

Seems pretty durable
I've tested these under lateral load and they hold up pretty well. I don't notice any stress marks on them, and the welds held just fine. I'd recommend these for your smaller scale projects that need some kind of mount. I personally have them mounted to my deck to hold an awning in place and it works great!
