Hard boiled eggs wrapped in sausage meat and coated in breadcrumbs.Although the purist would prefer a slightly runny yolk in their Scotch Egg these are a decent option for when you haven't got time to make them yourself.Nice sized egg gives a good ratio of egg to meat on each mouthful.Didn't encounter any gristle in the meat unlike in some over cheaper brands.All in all a decent Scotch Egg experience
