This heating pad is well worth the money! The material is super soft, and it heats up really fast. Best of all the heating pad is huge. I am 6 ft 1 and the pad goes from my shoulders all the way to the middle of my thighs. The pad heats up evenly providing uniform heat across the entire pad. I use it for muscle aches, but it is big enough that my kids will use it as a heated blanket. The build quality is excellent. The entire family has been using it for almost 2 weeks and we have not had a single issue. I would highly recommend this heating pad.

This big heating pad is everything and will make my bed super toasty during winter. It does get very hot and since it goes from say your neck to your thighs, it will warm your whole body, which is a good thing now that we are heading into cooler months. It’s flexible, soft and easy to use. It is fantastic for full body relaxation, but I can see some instances why you would want a smaller one. I'm a plus size girl so I very much appreciate the width. This is a great buy and would also make a great gift for that person who is always cold or who has a chronic problem.

This heating pad was delivered Oct 16th.Today is Nov 21st. 6 days past return window and it won’t turn on. I’ve tried the trouble shooting options on the order history page.Nothing helped. Its was nice while it lasted …. All 5 weeks! It’s big. It’s soft. It’s supple so you can wrap and tuck it where you need comfort from heat. And it is utterly useless.Don’t waste your money. Choose a different one.My last heating pad is 10 years old. It’s small. It’s not so soft anymore and hard to tuck in. But it still works!

I love this heating pad! It’s super warms and super soft!! I was really surprised on how soft it is, although it’s not as big as a heated blanket, it’s still super useful and the quality is great . I love the color and the design. The remote control makes the heating pad super safe with the different warm levels and the timer. Needed something a little bigger for my back. This is a great size and provides coverage for my whole back. There are a lot of various heat levels and it is nice that it’s soft and flexible so I can lay on it while on the couch.

I am very satisfied! After a day of work, my back often feels sore. After using this heating pad, the warm heat quickly penetrates into the muscles and feels very comfortable. Now I use it every night to relax, and the tension in my back is significantly reduced. It is worth recommending!

This is a very nice heating pad but I am wondering if it will really meet my particular needs. It heats very nicely and is long enough to reach from my upper back to below my hips. However, it is light weight and I probably should have purchased a weighted pad because it moves around under me as I move in my sleep. I use it to help me awaken without stiffness (and as a soothing warmth). I did push it under the fitted sheet last night and that helped but next time I will try placing it there before making the bed.

My wife has chronic neck and shoulder pain. She was using a microwave bean bag heating pad, but it did not cover both shoulders at once, plus needed to heat up 2 times each night.We ordered this large heating pad and it works really well. It can cover whole back area like a shawl and had 6 heat levels, plus timer options. It heats up fast and heat is evenly spread throughout.Very happy with this heating pad.

Literally stopped working after a week of use.UPDATE: I was able to email the company and explain the situation and they are sending a replacement. For that their customer service is top notch and therefore I increased my rating to a 4 star. I will update again once I receive the replacement.
