I’m loving it. The pen lasts a good while enough to get small-medium projects done or a good chunk anyway. The design is sleek and the packaging is great, the metal box is a perfect and satisfying fit. Functions as stated, I only worked on small metal cards so far and coasters made of slate stone. I think the value for money goes well here, but I have nothing to compare it to as this is my first engraving pen. A good purchase. With many different engraving bits and polishing bits that have variety. Only problem I had was when charging for the first time, the pen stopped displaying battery status and consequently stopped charging, won’t turn on. Contacted seller who quickly got back to me and offered a new replacement for it. 10/10 customer satisfaction😊

Good quality, but one fairly significant omission. If you aren't already familiar with these tools, how are you supposed to know which polishing head to use when the product description and what is in the kit are entirely different colours? The infirmary that comes with the tool didn't say, and everything in the product description shows 2 green and 2 blue, but in the kit there's only 2 greenish blue ones. Plus there are two that look totally different to anything in the product description.

Fantastic gift, bought as a christmas present and my dad hasn’t stopped using it. It is noisy but there’s nothing that really can be done because that’s the nature of the process. Its functionality is exactly what you expect it’s essentially a small dremel. Very easy to use, light weight and really fun!

Although this is more expensive than some similar engraving tools- it feels more solid and is definitely more powerful than cheaper models I it carves well and is great for small projects and easy to switch the carving heads.

I just wish it had come with some sort of instruction manual about which head was suitable for which surface etc. I blunted two heads just trying it out!!! Left feeling very disappointed after I was looking forward to doing a new project.

It looks excellent, but it kept unscrewing as it was drilling, so I contacted the seller and he immediately offered to send to Germany for me. Absolutely excellent customer service.

Beautifully made and easy to use with a large range of grinding and polishing bits. Very quiet and comfortable to use. Amazing value for money . This is one of those tools where I’m going to be looking for things to do with it. Well pleased

Articolo arrivato puntuale e sigillato nella propria confezione. Penna elettrica per incisione ben fatta, con buoni materiali di costruzione. Molto affidabile dal punto di vista ergonomico e lavorativo. É la prima volta che compro questa marca e devo dire che mi ha colpito molto. Astuccio in alluminio con scatto a molla per estrarla, inoltre è ricca di accessori. Non so quanto dura completamente carica ma se dovesse durare anche solo un ora sarei più che soddisfatto perché non l’ho comprata per incidere bensì per levigare, segare o fare piccoli fori, ovviamente acquistando gli utensili adatti (non inclusi). Mandrino piccolo, da 2,5 mi sembra, il che rende difficile la reperibilità degli accessori, che ho trovato su un noto sito cinese. Della stessa marca sono riuscito a trovare solo le punte per forare. Consigliata a pieni voti

I have purchased a lot of tools in my day, most are pretty good and do the job just fine for their intended purpose...however this little tool is probably THE most satisfying tool I own. The packaging, the design of the tool, all the grinding attachments...everything about this particular tool was outstanding! Anyone that has a hobby dealing with grinding intricate work...look no further, buy this one.

I have only just started using this engraver but it is very easy to hold . I find the most powerful number 35,000 rpm to be the best for me but I do have lots of experience having used a similar tool in my previous profession being a professional jeweller.

Eigentlich bin ich Opfer der Werbung auf Social Media geworden, aber da ich gern selbst gestalte und bastel, musste ich nun auch mal so einen Gravierstift ausprobieren. Also ran an eine kurze Recherche und den ARROWMAX kurzerhand bestellt. Nach einigen Opferholzstücken und Einmachgläsern, an denen man wirklich erstmal die Handhabung probieren sollte, kam das heraus. Der Stift liegt gut in der Hand, ist leicht und hat wirklich eine große Auswahl an den verschiedensten Aufsätzen, 4 verschiedene Geschwindigkeiten und in der Schachtel ist alles beieinander. Man kann sogar beim aufladen den Stift in der Schachtel belassen. Der Akku hält lang, auf der kleinsten Stufe (15.000 U) mindestens 4 Stunden. Es gibt natürlich bei der Glasgravur feinsten Staub, so dass eine Maske durchaus empfehlenswert ist. Also für das kleine Geld ein wirklich hervorragendes, qualitativ hochwertiges Produkt.
