Vitamatic Calcium Supplement 1200mg with D3, K2 & B12, Immune & Bone Health Support - 365 Coated Tablets

I was taking each vitamin separatly. Now I am taking them all in one pill. It is fantastic much cheaper for me. The only problem is they are very hard to swallow. The pills are large I do break ithem in half but I still can choke on them. I do not think there will coated to make it easy to swallow. I eventually will get use to them I bought a huge bottle of them

I like that it combines Calcium, D3, K2 and B12, to cut down on having all of those vitamins in different bottles. Value for $$ is very good for the amount of pills. Size of the pills are a bit large [all calcium pills I've ever used are large] and a bit of a tough go for swallowing if you don't like taking pills. I can get them down okay. As for effectiveness and quality, I haven't noticed much difference, but I've been taking all of the vitamins that are in there for a while now. I've cut down on the clutter on my counter.

This has all the vitamins in it that I was looking for. I see alot of people say the tablets are too big. Any calcium I have ever taken the capsule are big your getting 1200 mg . Splitting calcium doses is often recommended because the body can only absorb a limited amount of calcium at one time. Consuming a large amount of calcium at once can reduce the total percentage of calcium that the body can actually absorb and utilize. I take one in the morning one in the evening

The pills are large and hard to swallow. I break then into 3 pieces and still hard to get down

Excellent product. I’m old but I have been taking calcium forever. I believe that I do nohanot have asteoporosis because of the calcium. This is a wonderful product.

If you read any articles on what should be in your calcium supplement, this has got all that they recommend for proper absorption. The ones I was taking before were also in pill form but you had to take 4 a day! too much to fit in my pill tray along with other things. The price is also very good. I have a 3 1/2% -3.9% bone GAIN every year so I think I know what I'm talking about.

For some reason it seems to be difficult to find Calcium plus D3 plus K2 in the same supplement, so I WANTED to love this; however, it also includes a mega dose of B12 (like over 4,000% of recommend daily dose), and even though B12 is water soluble and I only took this before 12:00pm, I started having horrible insomnia not long after I started taking this so I had to stop taking it. If insomnia is not a problem for you, then go for it! Also, the pills have a somewhat chalky coating so not the easiest to swallow.

These pills are very hard to swallow. The combination of vitamins is attractive but the swallowing problem out weighs. I bought a large quantity unfortunately . I will probably cut my losses.

Difficulty swallowing because of the size and coating. I’ve also had hives for a few days since starting the tablets and wonder if it’s an allergic reaction to the binding in these tablets. Will stop for a few days and see.
