Q: Will this work in a Napa Carlyle 550 jump box with lead acid battery

It's a deep cycle battery which optimizes long slow dischargers over fast, high amp discharges in car jump applications. That said, that is the exact application I use it for and it works fine and lasts three to five years. However, I use 150% larger batteries then originally supplied in the original unit and don't use it to start ant big V8 engines - I use a high voltage Lithium battery jumper for those behemoths. Small v6's, 4 cylinder cars and lawn tractors are this battery's sweet spot. And this battery doesn't have to be changed as often and stays at full charge for way longer.

Q: What kind of thread is on the terminals?

off hand I don't remember the specific thread and I'd have to disassemble the unit to measure it. However, I do remember that its a metric thread (maybe M6 x 1.0).

Its a gel battery, deep cycle. Mine lasted 90 days

Q: Can i use this battery on a go-go lx 3-wheel with cts suspension?

Yes it will work fine and last long.
