Beyond helpful
Just learning how to play and I cannot tell you how helpful it was to have these notes on the board. Once we learn how to play the notes are still cute decor. The board is big and super study. The backing keeps it in place and the top is smooth & soft allowing the tiles to slide across easily.

Mah Jongg mat is super cute and very nice! Good thickness. Love the pink color. Instructions printed on mat helpful, especially for newbies. Tiles slide easily on mat. Love the slightly bigger size too. Wish case had a carrying strap. Lack of case strap is reason for four instead of five star.
