Ok these actually work. 66 yrs old, 2nd round of 20+ hot flashes a day. After 3 weeks sleeping better and Down to 3-4 hot flashes a day!!!

Don't waste ur money in this product is trash the seal package was open when I opened it it came right up. The so called gummies are harder than a hard candy I hurt my tooth with it and the taste is horrible.but I do have to say the seller was very nice and gave me a refund. Thank u

Although these gummies work... I'm reducing my rating because this is my third round of gummies and I take them as directed 2 a day. I ran out of gummies 12 days early... Im always short one on the last day when it should end in an even number... (I just thought maybe it was an extra gummy in the bottle) ...that 23 missing gummies. I have another order coming in tomorrow and I will be counting them. Now I have to look back at all my orders and see how many days are between orders... I received these yesterday and started taking them yesterday. Overnight I feel amazing! No night sweats at all... I didn't sleep, but not because, I was restless... I was completely at peace and had such mental clarity. I couldn't sleep... but I woke up this morning with the same mental clarity and still feeling very rested... I feel amazing... I got out of bed and no stiffness... I'm not exaggerating, between answered prayers and these gummies... I am grateful... I didn't know what to expect... but I already feel the difference in just one night... I can't wait to see how I sleep tonight on the second day of taking these... they have at first a sweet taste, but then a bitter after taste, but that was only the first time I took them.
