Is this fan UL compliance?

Not sure as it is a 12Vdc fan. I purchased one of these to circulate cool air thru my "inter cooler" I built to cool the inside of my car while it is sitting out in a parking lot. That way I don't have to get into a hot car to drive home. FYI, it is powered by a solar panel.

Do I have to get a thermostat or speed control or can I just wire them up to a 12v lead and ground? Im using in a car audio setup to cool amplifiers??

Yes, you can using in a car audio setup to cool amplifiers.

Great fan, still working just great.

Does the fan have an automated temperature shut off?

No those fans always run constant that’s what you want when the pc is running keep it cooled
