Works Perfect, EXCELLENT Customer Service
I don't typically write reviews unless I'm extremely impressed or very upset. In this case, I was very happy with the KVM switch/dock and even more blown away by the customer service. I ordered the KVM on Wednesday and got it Friday. I was upset to find that after I hooked everything up, the power didn't work on the KVM. I immediately reached out to customer service Friday night, spoke to Johnny, and was very happy with the support. After explaining that I tested the outlet so I know it works, and everything was hooked up correctly, he immediately put in a request to have my KVM replaced. Johnny proactively followed up on Monday telling me my replacement was on its way. I received the replacement Wednesday morning and it works beautifully!! Thank you Johnny for the excellent support! This unit accomplishes exactly what I was hoping for. It's easy to set up, and allows me to dock my work laptop and connect my personal desktop at the same time. The quality is excellent, and I can switch between the two PC's with the click of a button. It switches fast, and I can use the same keyboard, mouse, monitors, etc. without having to unplug and plug things in anymore! To top it off, my laptop charges while I'm switched to the desktop. I would HIGHLY recommend this product if it fits your needs, would absolutely buy more products from this company because I know the quality is there, and just as importantly, they strive for 100% satisfaction!

Good decent KVM for the price
Excellent Product. I initially bought a no-name KVM, and it doesn't work. The cheapest brand name is $400+, then I saw this. Had to use the supplied cable in order to work. After that, it is a breeze. My previous setup was a Targus dock connect to $20 KVM. It works only when the Mac is asleep otherwise I have to keep opening the cover and wiggle here and there. This unit does not have any of the problems, it just work. The only problem is the Ethernet only works on the Mac, my BeeLink SER5 does not recognize it, I have to use a separate switch for the Beelink.

Not the switch you are looking for. Don't buy.
Doesn't work with my laptop. The customer support was quick and gave me some options to try and find a resolution to the problem but even at its lowest refresh rate and resolution my laptop wouldn't show on my monitors through this switch.Look elsewhere for a KVM switch.

Perfect for a Home Office Setup
While switch speed is sometimes slow, it is not hampering it's function to switch from my desktop to laptop (and vice versa). It may be on a pricey side but it is worth your buck as it performs its function as intended. It is also easy to setup as the manual provided a very informational illustration on how to setup the KVM switch.Overall, it is an excellent device that solves my need on a home office setup.

Be Aware of Compatability
Works partially if the USB-C doesn't meet voltage requirements. My laptop will charge and accept keyboard/mouse input but won't display.I had to connect my laptop to my screens second HDMI port. This isn't a problem with HP docking hub it comes with.

Switches between 2 computers but not all the ports work as advertised
This KVM unit works somewhat for what I wanted it to do.The good: It does switch between my desktop and laptop so I can use 1 keyboard and 1 mouse. It is easy to hook up. All the ports are marked. It is a low profile unit. It is an easy 1 button press to swap between computers with a light that tells you what unit is being used. The bad: It does not wake up my monitors from sleep so you have to turn them on and off manually every time you wake your computer up. The Ethernet port simply does not work for both computers. Only computer "B" recognizes the Ethernet connection. "A" Shows no connection. I had to split my connection and manually connect both computers forcing me to buy a splitter and a dongle. The printer is not recognized by the KVM unit so I have to manually connect it to whichever computer I need to print from. Overall it does switch between computers but still a disappointing purchase.

Clarification on using Macs...
Love this KVM. I would like to clarify using it with Macs. The difference between the machine in the desktop role vs the machine in the laptop role is how many cables are used to connect to the KVM.* Desktop machine connects with 3 cables - 1 for each monitor, and 1 for USB data.* Laptop machine connects with 1 cable - a single cable that carries signal for 2 monitor, USB data, and power (when you plug your laptop power supply into the KVM)If you plan on having a PC desktop, and Mac laptop, the information on the box and in the pictures is correct - a Mac cannot send multiple video signals down a single usb cable using the extended display mode so you get mirrored video.btw - macs _do_ support multiple displays on a single cable, but you must connect to devices using the Thunderbolt protocol, which to be clear, this KVM does not support. Thunderbolt displays are usually pricier than non-Thunderbolt displays, and at the time of this writing, there is only 1 Thunderbolt KVM (Sabrent) and it's kinda pricy too.*** HOWEVER ***If you plan on having a Mac >>desktop<<, and PC laptop, the information on the box and in the pictures is incorrect. Since you are connecting the Mac using multiple cables, it can independently send video signals down each cable, leading to 2 independent video signals. I do this and it works great, with some caveats - while I got video on the HDMI output, it would sometimes not respond in a timely manner when switching the KVM. I eventually used USB C for both video outputs to the KVM
