BetterYou Complete Wellness Pack: Vitamin B12 + Vitamin DLux3000 + MultiVit Oral Sprays (3 Pack)

This is my third or fourth purchase of this. Perfect because it makes it simple to have your base vitamin needs in one set. I’m much prefer the sprays to taking more tablet supplements and these are really easy to use. Just make sure you read how many sprays are needed per bottle. They are not all the same! Hiley recommended.

I've been using these vitmains for quite a while now and I have to say, I've noticed a big difference in how I feel.They taste great and with them all being a spray, you don't have that annoyance of trying to get 10 tablets down your throat with your morning cuppa.If you're feeling a bit run down or not taking care if your diet as you know you should (i'm guilty too not preaching!) they are well worth a go and cover a big base of your vitamin needs.

I have used vitamin sprays for a number of years initially buying them from Holland and Barrett especially when they had an offer on.I was very pleased with the order (multivitamin, B12 and D3) which arrived early. They were also a bit cheaper than Holland and Barrett. Will definitely be ordering again.

I find the better health collection brilliant. My favourite is the multi health vitamin which is pink. Big different I actually feel the benefits!

The B12 and Vit D sprays have very palatable tastes (b12 is mildly fruity, D is very slightly minty). Several members of my family have used both of these and also the zinc and iron sprays from betteryou for a while all of these are mild and fruity tasting. So in light of the rest of the range being pleasant to take orally, an at least a non-offensive taste was expected from the Multivitamin spray.Four of us tasted it and the responses ranged from immediately spitting it out to several minutes of genuine gagging. The taste is so awful in comparison to all the other oral vitamin/mineral sprays we’ve tried from betteryou. Maybe the other sprays set us up for unrealistically high expectations with their fruity ease in the tongue tastes. The taste is rather bitter, in the words of my 18 yo son ‘like you’ve bitten into an antibiotic capsule’ and definitely not at all pleasant. The whole point of buying these sprays was because medical/ASD issues prevent some of our gang from being able to take capsule vitamins easily, and the Vit D, Zinc, Iron & B12 sprays are a blessing to consume as an alternative to tablets especially for those with sensory/oral complexities. Not the Multivitamin one though. Its unpleasant taste far outweighs any benefits from the spray form to our family members. So disappointing, but in all fairness that just applies to that one spray and the rest of the betteryou sprays mentioned are fabulous.
