Good replacement. The glass seems a litter thicker making the carafe just a little heavier.

We should have bought this years ago. We got this coffee maker for our wedding, and chipped the spout almost immediately. It wasn't that bad so we kept using it... for 3 years. The whole time, pouring too hard would result in coffee spilling out all over your mug and the counter. We just thought it was the design of the carafe lid, but in retrospect this was OBVIOUSLY because of the chipped spout. My son shattered out Carafe in the sink the other day, and I finally decided it was time for a fresh replacement, and it has changed our coffee lives! There are aftermarket 3rd party versions out there but they aren't significantly cheaper than this, so I would just stick with the real deal and pick one of these up if you're ever in need.

Accidentally broke the original pot and was thankful to find a replacement. Same excellent quality. Fits perfectly as it is exactly the same as the original. Saves a lot not having to replace the whole coffee maker

My original carafe cracked after 2 years of daily use. I bought a comparable but not from technivorm because it was cheaper. That carafe lasted 2 weeks as the handle fell off when I took it off the burner to pour from it. Hot coffee was everywhere. The price for the original Technivorm Carafe is well worth it.

This was our second replacement pot / carafe for the Technivorm Mocchamaster. We go through them easily because we brew home coffee daily. This one seems to be holding up well. I would not hesitate to recommend this carafe if you have the Moccamaster.

In summary, the replacement part is indeed functional and appears identical to the original, saving you from any potential operational hiccups. Nonetheless, the fact that I needed to order it sooner than expected due to the original's untimely failure raises concerns about the overall durability of my high-end coffee machine. While I'm delighted by the exceptional coffee it continues to deliver, I'm left yearning for a more robust product. Hence, the product earns a respectable four-star rating in my book, owing to its consistent performance, despite my concerns about its durability.

Old one went kaput, glass broke (user error), after years of solid work. New one arrived quickly and looks new and shiny without several years worth of caffeine and coffee oil patination. Well priced and glad it was easy to buy as it feels like there are many more years of use in the moccamaster

Ich musste mir diese Kanne als Ersatz für meine Moccamaster- Kaffeemaschine kaufen, weil mir die Original- Kanne durch eine Unaufmerksamkeit kaputtgegangen ist. Sie entspricht zu 100% dem Original und kam gut und sicher verpackt bei mir an. Allerdings ... finde ich den Preis schon extrem heftig.

Although I bought for a different machinr(gastroback coffee maker) it fits perfectly!
