This shower head and piece is beautiful, but we were looking for a shiny gold like the faucet in the picture next to the shower piece. Those of you looking for shiny gold, this is not the piece. It’s more like a bronze gold.

We had an issue with a part. The entire thing was installed minus the one part that was not useful. I contacted the manufacturer and didn’t hear back for several days. We communicated and the replacement part was shipped within days.

This is a real treat and am thoroughly enjoying our new shower set up. I found no issues with defects or flaws in the system. I did have my brother in law install - but did assist and it wasn't so difficult. Therefore, based on the immense pleasure we are experiencing with this new shower system, I'd definitely recommend this to other consumers.
