If I could choose no star I seriously would! Now this product is strange. The hose is amazing, very heavy and sturdy and extremely worth the price but everything else (pipes - downwards) completely SHIT!!!! the seller will help you once with damage but when it completely breaks and and a black plastic string appears like mine has she (jo) will not even respond to the email. I had to put through an a-z Amazon claim in order to get my refund as well as an investigation. Its disgusting. If you're product is s*** you give the buyers money back. Simple.

I have installed 2 of these of the last 4 months, both have performed very well and show no signs of leaking. It is best to install them with appropriate isolating valves. We turn them off with the included shut off valve after every use, also release the pressure by pressing the trigger, a 3 second job but worth it. No more toilet brushes!!

The item looks and feels solid but failed badly in its utility. Sadly it leaks even after changing the rubber washers inside. I even reduced the pressure to the minimum and it still failed to work properly. If your house has very below average water pressures then this may work but most UK homes have a standard water pressure and in which case this product will fail.

Great value for money and good quality even though it was considerably lower cost than other suppliers. I wanted 2 more for another customer and when I tried to order more I couldn't get back to their website despite retracing my order trying direct to their address etc, very strange.

All the bits arrived at the second attempt. Once fitted is easy and excellent to use. No need for wet wipes. Great in hot weather! Good value for money, robust construction, no leaks.

Good quality.. Not plastic like some others.. The only thing is ; it might be a bit hard to press for some.. And also the water comes out very fast. Be careful..

Product looks and feels 5 stars but only lasted 13 months. All these spray taps have a limited lifetime.

Note: not for winter use unless connected to a mixer valve!
