Have helped me a lot over the years
These seem to help me keep calm and sleep well. I use it at night. I probably have built up a tolerance so it’s important to only take when you need it. Really works well though highly recommend

Noticeably calmer without feeling groggy
I started taking these a few weeks ago to help manage everyday stress and it's been a solid addition to my routine. I don't feel foggy or sedated like some other calming supplements make me feel. It's more of a subtle, steady evenness throughout the day. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't have a weird smell or aftertaste like some ashwagandha powders I've tried. I take other NOW supplements so I felt comfortable taking them and haven't noticed any side effects, plus the price per bottle is reasonable compared to some of the pricier options out there. Just remember this isn't a fast acting thing, it took a couple weeks of consistent use before I really noticed a difference, but for the price it's worth being patient with.

Not the best one out there !
Ive been using this product for a long time . I thought it was good and im sure it is . I down loaded the app Yuka (free) and it gave this product a bad review . I found another product .
