Makes good arch support.
Ive had trouble buying the correct insoles for shoes and boots. This solves the problem simply by cutting a tear drop shape piece and using double sided carpet tape to stick it the bottom of the insole. This supports my foot arch and takes the pressure off the metatarsal area.
