Very good blender from Philips. More usefu for daily works.

I wish i could give less than 1 star. Do not buy this to save your days of frustrations. It stopped working after 20 days when i was trying to make onion paste. Thats not the worst part. Coustomer service kept gaslighting that they woukd come for repair but no once called for 20 days. Never buying anything from these guys again.

A good mini blender This blender is in a compact size you can take it anywhere with you and even though it is compact but is is very powerful It can blend anything And this is also easy to use and wash This contains a bottle also you can directly blend in it and then change the cap and you can take it anywhere It is just like a sipper then

We received a defective piece which was constantly having burning smell from the first run itself. The experience with phillips service center was draining both mentally and in terms of the time spent. We tried calling the phillips service center. They told us that the product will not get replaced as they don’t offer replacement and we should talk to amazon. When it was proven that the whole unit is defective, they stalled us for days without any update. Their customer service does not track the phone calls made. And each time, we were harassed with the same statements that they don’t offer a replacement followed by checks and finally concluding that we’d receive a call. Their staff was extremely rude and unprofessional as well. They forced us to give a happy rating when the ordeal was over else they wouldn’t close the case saying that they deserve the rating since they offered a replacement. Reviews of the mixer - The rubber inside each jar does not stay and sometimes gets stuck which results in leakage. The mixer is not powerful enough to grind tomatoes if they get stuck below. We need to reposition them. There is a smell of plastic burning if the grinder is run for longer
