Comprehensive in all ways without being titillating. Some great ideas to try.

Very well written with a versatile use of words. Mostly very informative. The only thing that I relay don't agree with is an attitude that a chastised mails opinions doesn't matter! But other than that this book makes good reading that will couples thinking if chastity plat a starting point to plan their own personal path.

There were some good guidelines in and amongst slightly cheesy wording and it was also very 'americanised' in its vocabulary which I found slightly irritating

This is one of the best book you can find about male chastity, tease and denial, orgasm control, ruined orgasm.

This book has a lot of information so pick what you both like. I have been married for over 40 year's. Looking for something to bring the spark in the bedroom back. This set fire to the marriage! My wife was not to sure about this and I had never heard of this. But after doing this for 3 weeks we are sold. My wife is old school, she did the house chores I was the man of the house. Now I am jumping up and doing them. I did not make the bed right and I was disappointed when she TOLD me what I needed to fix. She is controlling my orgasm. I have had one. Use to be 5 times a week. I am amazed how I want to please her. She told me yesterday she loves the new us. Told her I wish we had known about this 40 years ago. She was sold when she asked about getting a puppy. I told her I had no say so, it was up to her. It sunk in then for her that I was serious about this. Gotta run got to vacuum before I go to work!

I have been into the idea of chastity for years and years now. Recently, I finally got up the courage to share the idea with my wife who is very vanilla. She was open to learning more about it, so I went searching for resources and came across this book. I figured it would be best if I could give her something to read on her own time, so that I wasn't smothering her with information on the topic every single day. We ended up reading the book together (separate devices) and over the course of about a month. Looking back now, I think it was very beneficial that my wife was able to learn about chastity on her own schedule. As we read each chapter, I would ask her if she had any questions, and would let her know if there was any subject matter I disagreed with. It was important that we took our time, even though it was really hard for me because I'm like any guy and wanted my wife to buy into this immediately. I'm happy to say that within a few weeks of finishing the book, she agreed to let me buy a device. We took things slow and I tested the device for fit and comfort over the course of a few days. Then we took a break, and about a month later, out of the blue, she proclaimed that she wanted me locked up! I've now been locked for nearly 3 weeks, and she tells me it might be for 3 months! In regards to the material in the book, it's written from a female perspective which is great if you want your wife to be able to understand her role in it all. It covers most, if not all the aspects of chastity and female dominant relationships, but there were a few topics (such as humiliation and cuckolding that I personally am not into). Overall, it's a really good book for a potential keyholder to read.
