This is actually effective for sleep protection. I did discover it works best for me if put on backwards and upside down. Otherwise it wanted to slide off and was hard to fasten underneath hair. But it does keep my ear protected and flattened while recovering from surgery.

I purchased this for after an ear surgery to cover my ears in the shower. It wasn’t very comfortable for me perhaps due to the surgery or trying to wash your hair.

Returned it. Fit weird on my head. But, I have a small oblong face so that could have been the problem.

I bought this wrap for after my Osia 2 BAHA surgery. Although this makes life a lot easier because you don’t have to hold the ice pack or pull the entire thing over your head. The ice packs do not last long so buy extras ice packs to fit.

Strong material and Velcro but not enough pressure on ear to help with surgical lymphedema. Maybe if put over folded wash cloth it may provide better compression

Gel pads are too small to be effective. Much bigger pockets would make this a good product.

Ne convient pas apres une otiplastie. Ne compresse pas assez et glisse. Peut éventuellement etre porté la journee mais pas la nuit. Pour une otoplastie je vous conseille celui recommandé par le chirurgien meme si plus cher.

Comfortable to wear but not a chance of staying on during the night. I'd recommend using this for daytime protection and using a rugby head protector for nightime, that's comfy and if it doesn't come off during a scrum so there's no chance of it coming off during nightime!
