No. Mine is a mangled mess and now in the scrap bin. it does NOT survive high wind.

how best to fix this to a concrete base?

A masonry bit, pilot drill the frame. A suggestion would be to elevate the green house on breeze block all the way round it gave another 8 inch or 4inch depends how deep you can tolerate the threshold in height so no stooping down. Good luck.

I would presume as Ivan said in a reply to you, below, it would be a standard 12 month guarantee. I purchased the greenhouse, myself, in the early February of this year (2016), but didn't proceed to erect it until the end of March, there were a few teething problems, with some items 'damaged in transit'. I contacted the company I purchased from, and although it took a little time, there were no problems in getting the replacement parts through them, from Palram. The greenhouse has been very well used since, and is great, really happy with it, and the service, when sorting out the minor damage issues. A very sturdy little greenhouse.
