Cabernet Sauvignon 75cl

This is a review of Casillero del Diablo Cabernet Sauvignon Wine 75cl (Case of 6) 2018. Their name roughly translates as the devil’s locker or, at a push, could be the devil’s wine-rack. On March 12, 2020 Casillero del Diablo was again recognised as The Second Most Powerful Wine Brand in the World and the first in Latin America, for the third consecutive year. The overall ranking was led by the Australian brand Yellow Tail, while Casillero del Diablo positioned itself as number one in Latin America and second worldwide, ahead of well-known brands such as Gallo, Jacob’s Creek, and others. Not bad for Chilean wine. Which all means that you’ve probably heard of Casillero del Diablo and might well have tried their wine(s), but which one(s)? They have loads of different types of wine on sale in Europe. We’ve definitely tried Casillero del Diablo red before and one of their wines that we’ve tried is their Shiraz, which we really liked. However, this is the first time that we’ve tried their Cabernet Sauvignon. It’s great! We both loved it. If I had to guess I would have said that this was French, not Chilean, because it tastes so full-bodied and rounded. I would also have guessed that it was older than 2018. I would also have expected it to be more than six pounds per bottle. These are people that definitely know how to make wine. Casillero del Diablo or the devil’s locker Cabernet Sauvignon is truly a shocker. It just tastes so good at a reasonable price You won’t buy it once you’ll be buying it twice. So we recommend it and will definitely be trying it again. Maybe you should try it, too.

Not a "grand cru" but a good straightforward Chilean Cabernet. Good for drinking either with food or by itself when something pleasing but not too challenging fills the bill. Good value.

This red wine was a xmas present for my daughter and partner.lt was meant for her on xmas day but she decided to crack open a bottle early .She called to let me know that the wine was the nicest one she has tasted. They have 2 bottles left out of the 6 .l have bought another 6 for them for New Years Eve .She certainly is not getting it before .Worth the money folks .l do not drink myself .Lisa MERRY Christmas everyone. A lovely rich flavour, sipped slowly you can taste the different berries they put in to it. Will be buying again.

Ce vin chilien permet de ne jamais se tromper. Toujours égal à lui même. Il faut le toucher à moins de 09 euros. Attention, il est costaud.

Great wine, delivery was on time, nothing to fault.

Que demander de plus, sinon de recommander ce produit... lorsqu'il est autour de 5 euros la bouteille.
