Don’t do it.
Has a great crunch but after that it’s like eating mud and I don’t mean that in a good way. I tried to break up the pieces and bake them but nothing helped. I threw it out. I went back to my original and they didn’t disappoint it’s just that the price keeps going up. I would not recommend this product.

Crunchy and subtly earthy
First taste right after opening was- not great. But I didn't expect it to be. After letting all the pieces air out for a few days, everything changed. It has an amazing crunch and turns into a soft paste. Once aired out it has a subtle earthy flavor that's really delicious. It's not drying in the mouth, and has no odd smells or anything. The chunks are nice sized, and make for great snacking. Mixed into a shake, you don't even notice, tho I definitely prefer it as is. The texture when biting in is crunchy and cracks really nicely, but is still soft and doesn't hurt my teeth or jaw at all. Literally so good

Edible chalk
I'm glad they write "Edible" very clearly on the package since it very much looks like and (I assume) tastes like chalk. It tastes very bland but you can mix it in with a drink and it provides an extra boost of calcium.
