Very nice product
Happy with the product. Customer service was very good. They solved my issues within days and I am using my product on bi- weekly basis. No issues found. Anyone looking for cold pressed juicer, I recommend to buy Hamilton.

Poor quality product- brought in Jan 26
Purchased it in Jan 26. Hardly used for a month. Lot of issues. Reverse not working. Juice is leaking on bottom of juicing jar. Tried for warranty support. Seems all items to be repacked and courier to them to their facility, as no service on major cities even like Chennai. Very pathetic. Motor is also humming and getting locked even for fresh beetroot. Also huge jice is getting wasted with the pulp.

Good choice for cold press
Great product. Built sturdy and easy to operate. Quiet and does the cold press juicing effortlessly. Been using every day since I bought. No regret on the price I bought.

I am writing this after 3-4 months of using this product....It's not that good as projected in various reviews here and various social media platforms. The warranty is not for plastic parts. You can see , most of the visible parts( 95% of parts) of the juicer is made of of plastic.... It's just misleading... The filter get easily damage after 2-4 months of soft use ... Really didn't like the product
