Lack of information
I agree with the other reviewer that the lack of instructions on these Russian bio regulators is poor at best.I’ve suffered from severe insomnia for 10 years. I’ve tried every supplement there is and prescription meds as well. I thought I would give this a try. But it doesn’t tell you HOW to use it? “Take1-2 capsules per day” so does that mean I take it in the morning to help me sleep at night? I tried taking it 4 times about an hour before bed and had the worst sleep ever! I’m kind of afraid to try it anymore because it damages rather than helps my sleep. But maybe.... I am supposed to take it in the morning? Or during the day?
