Got this mainly for spot cleaning since most of our house is carpet. We do professional cleaning sometimes, but for everyday messes this is really helpful. I’ve actually bought it in-store a couple of times before and decided to order it here again. Works great for quick cleanups — spills, ketchup, random stains, all handled well. We even have a bearded dragon that we sometimes let out, and this cleaner takes care of those messes too without a problem. My usual routine: remove what I can first, spray the area, wait about 3–5 minutes (it starts to foam a bit), then go over it with a brush and finish with a vacuum. The liquid is very light, almost like water. It has a slight scent, but it’s barely noticeable and fades quickly. The spray is even and not too heavy, and the bottle doesn’t leak. Drying time depends on how much you use, but overall it’s similar to water. One bottle usually lasts me about 1–2 months with regular use, which I think is good value for the price. So far I can’t think of any stain it didn’t help with. Really solid for keeping carpets clean between deep cleanings

Works well on pet stains.

I’ve tried a LOT of spot cleaners, this one is absolutely amazing and I can’t stress that enough. I used this to pretreat my carpet before I cleaned it with a Rug doctor, and before I even used the machine on it I watched the spots dissolve. This carpet had pet stains, mystery black stains, and who knows what for years and years. I emptied a whole bottle of pretreat and knew I had to buy more. Here’s a before and after photo

Works well on my not so dirty rug

It was funny, my husband cut his foot and got blood on the carpet one night, a spot the size of a few quarters. I forgot to get it that night, it was late. It was the next night and I said oh shoot I forgot the blood! I grabbed this miracle stuff, I sprayed the spot and surrounding area, my husband watching, and immediately the blood spot turned bubbly white, not the surrounding brown clean carpet… and then it vanished before our eyes, we looked at each other in disbelief… he told me to spray the other carpet that was clean because he thought for sure it would bubble white (he’s a man.. idk what to say haha he saw the surrounding area of the stain and nothing bubbled, but he didn’t believe it) so I sprayed normal carpet and nothing happened, just a wet spot. Incredible. I used a cloth and dabbed and scrubbed up the excess, it’s like nothing ever happened. So easy to use, so cheap, so effective. I’ll be back to update on preexisting stains etc.

I was surprised that this cleaned up an old spot on a cotton jacket. I tried many things previously to get it out.

Best thing to remove pet stains, I’m shocked! Great product, can’t wait for it to be available again. I was coming to order more it works that well.

As with all Rug Doctor products, this did not disappoint. My only issue is the price!

It actually works. Mum is getting old and drops things. Food mainly on the carpet. This stuff works within a minute. Spray, watch it bubble, wipe the carpet ... clean. And I am talking dropped chocolate pudding, or cat food which was unreported so you come across a day or so later.

Every house should have this amazing cleaner. It works like magic without harming your furniture.
