is this machine washable?

Hello,to keep the face gaiter has nice elasticity , we suggest to wash by hands. So that it can keep the nice warmth.

Is this mask a bit slouchy or is it a close fit to the neck?

Hello, appreciate for your interest.Yes this neck warmer mask has the medium width,no worry about that it will get loose or too tight. It can fits on your face well .

Would this hat be too big for a petite girl? About 31cm neck circumference. 5‘3.

It’s not a hat. It goes around tbe neck like a turtleneck. My son is pretty thin and it’s comfortably snug with room to pull up and cover his nose and ears. It also has a draw string that you can pull a little tighter at the top.
