I rented this book, it was in good condition. I liked the content of this book very much and may purchase it.

This book is 134 pages for $50. I was forced to purchase it for a class in my graduate program. If I were the instructor mandated to use this book I would gladly photocopy it for $6.50 and pass it out FOR FREE to any student who needed it for educational purposes. There might be some useful ideas in this book, I have just started the class and therefore just started the book. I doubt there is anything worth $50 for 134 pages. If the author were so interested in promulgating these ideas she could make the whole thing available online for free. If it is that good, people would buy it anyway.

good book

It's ok

I had to read this book for school and found it just plain silly. The book is a fairy tale about using "peace and power" to work in groups. The trouble is, if you tried to use it in real life, you would get kicked out of the group and fast. You would be labeled as a fruitcake. Honestly, you would be laughed out of the meeting. This is a case of an academic who stays locked in the ivory tower and then writes a book.
