Very convenient and reliable!
This door lock is very easy to use and works great. Setting it up was simple, and the password entry is smooth with no issues. I like that it has sound notifications, so I know when the door is locked or unlocked. The best part is that I can access it through my phone or use the fob that comes with it.

No power
The media could not be loaded. My friend recommended this because she used it at her rental and she had no issues, so I got it.installation was quick and simple, I come to put in the batteries but it never powered on

It works, just like other Smart Life app products
It works. You have to Swipe up in the app to find additional settings. Took me a while to find the password and fob adding section. Lock works as designed. No issues so far. Works great with other products I have on the Smart Life app

Great customer service
At first seemed good. Then after two days it would randomly lock and unlock. Providing easy access into our homeThe mobile app never connects. Always Saya Bluetooth errorOnly one of the keywords worked. And is only work some of timeUnit is very cheap and isn't good.Edit :::Customer service messaged me and offered me a full refund. 5 stars due to excellent customer service

You get what you get
Comes as it is in the picture. I was assuming that this was a Wi-Fi unit, however that’s an oversight on me not reading properly. It comes at all the equipment as promised. However, if you have a left hand handle such as a garage which mine was placed on you do need to go into the app and switch it to left-hand door or the system gets confused and locks when it’s supposed to unlock and lock where it supposed to unlock however, if you’re looking for something not pricey and works on something that you don’t consider your front door or home it’s pretty standard than that if you want something for your home, I would just go with quickset or sleigh or one of the other larger brands that deal in digital keypad locks
