Bendable Pelvic Wand Massager, Flexible Pelvic Floor Relaxer

If you're reading this review or any reviews, buy this. You're probably here because you have pelvic floor tension causing pain or discomfort. You just have to use the thicker end for relief at the opening (for me the perineum was tight) or the thinner end for deeper internal relief (for me, obteratur internus release on the right side). This has helped so much; it did what my PT did but better because I could be the one who determined what was sensitive and how long it needed to be pressed to be released. Read the directions about pressing with the pressure you'd use on a tomato. Not too much pressure. And while you're on your wellness journey, check out Sara Reardon's book, Floored. That book in combination we with so-so pelvic floor PT help, Doctor ChatGPT and this wand has really helped me go from hopeless to hopeful that one day I'll be okay. I hope this helps you, and you're doing great!

My PT recommended this. Game changer to help with pelvic floor issues. I recommend if the regular peliv wand angles don't work for you. It's stiff enough that you can bend it to whatever shape you need, and it'll function perfectly. Helped me a lot

I have been in pelvic floor therapy for almost year. We have reached the point where she told me she didn’t think she could help me anymore bc the deep pain was organ related. I didn’t believe her so I started doing research. I have deep internal muscle pain and this bendable wand bends in the way I need it that other ones couldn’t get to bc of shape. I am very happy to say that after one day of use I was able to release the trigger point on my own and I no longer have that pain anymore. My therapist made me feel hopeless. This tool was a lifesaver. It allowed me to take my health into my own hands and help me where one year of therapy could not. Thank you so much.

This tool is really great for helping with vaginal atrophy. It could be a little bit more flexible, though however you are able to use it on the sides and try to break up that internal tension.. this is used for people who have been taught to stand up straight, hold their tummies in and now and their midlife. They have vaginal atrophy because they catch themselves clenching all the time. At least that’s my case. It’s hard to relax your muscles especially when you’re in a tent situation like driving on the freeway in California! When things get super tight and tensed up and you feel that squeezing this tool really helps to break that up

This bendy version makes it a lot easier to use! It's a bit longer, so gives you more to work with, and it's easy to bend it so that you have a handle to work with (especially useful for us bigger belly folks). Great for reducing pelvic pain. My PT raves about this company, and the woman who owns it being so amazing.

Didn't stay in place very well. Ended up tossing it. Since they don't offer returns on these items. Save your money, keep looking

The size is SO much better than the green vibrating wand! IF you ever add vibration to the orange wand, I WANT ONE ASAP! Good product!

I could not sit down with out excruciating pain, for 3 months. I finally got in to see a PT specialist. She recommended this tool. I’ve only used it for 2 days and it has given me such relief. I think this will help me get my life back!! I know it will take some time but I feel I’ve actually found something that works!

I had pelvic pain the day following sex & pain on withdrawal My gyno had done pain mapping and told me the muscle was too tight and suggested that was causing my pain and that I should see a pelvic floor therapist (and not to do kegels!) I have endometriosis so I nearly brushed-off what she said thinking "nah, it is probably the endo". I ordered the wand, and did ONE session a couple weeks ago. I went too hard on pressing those muscles so it wasn't comfy and was painful that evening. I probably should have had a pelvic floor therapist guide me. But ya'll, it did the trick! It fixed that pain after sex!!
