I'm M&S size 12 in trousers but I had to order a large. Med just was to tight especially in the afternoon after a meal. When measuring yourself go just below the waist, more top of hips, pants line to. Very pleased with it now I've got the right size.

Does not fit , ordered the size according to your size chart . To small , now I am told this is a no return item, not even offered money back or a replacement item Very disappointed.

Difficult to wear as it pushes the stomach, but makes you stand stright

The sizing is completely wrong in this advert. In my opinion you need to order at least one or two sizes bigger than you would expect. If you do not order the right size you are an actual fact unable to return the item.

I have bought many Neo G products in the past. They all came with a box with illustrated instruction. This item came with just one single plastic bag, without instruction, and no original box either. It has a smell like it has been washed / cleaned. We think it is a returned / pre-owned / used item. Returning for a refund.

I have purchases several posture aids over the years, including several in the last year. I have had poor posture for many years despite weight-bearing exercise, unless I am paying attention, in part because my Dad was round shouldered as he got older. In the years before his death at 92, he could not even lay his head flat, coming at best about four inches from the ground. I have been determined to fight this as I get older. None of the devices I have purchased comes close to working as well as the Neo G device. And most I have not returned because I have worn them long enough that I didn't feel I could legitimately return them. My most recent purchase -- Faburo Adjustable Back Brace for Posture Correction and Back Pain Support - NEW Added Under-Arm Cushion Support - UNISEX (Black), also from Amazon -- was a good device but it was so long in the body that, to strap it on tightly or it would hurt my neck. And even though I purchased my size, it just did not pull back my shoulders as much as I would like. The Neo G is a fully adjustable device, both around the waist and, because the should harness also pulls around and velcroes in the front, is also fully adjustable. It ran true to size and, when pulled on tight, it really pulls your shoulders back. It has lightweight stays for the length of the back to provide a reminder to keep your bak straight. It also features pads so that the underarm area is well-protected. I have worn it at night (and I sleep in an adjustable bed) but I find that it is more useful to wear during the day, where it is a strong reminder not only to keep your shoulders back but to keep your spine more erect. Since I work from home, it's a good reminder indeed. Going out: I would wear it under a jacket but not something lightweight, like a T-shirt. I have worn it over an exercise shirt and under a fleece jacket when running around doing errands. If you sit at a desk, this would be ideal. Finally I have found a posture device that really works!

Good product

It helps with posture but it's very tight and shoulder pads slip causing shoulder pain from the straps.

Because of pain exacerbated by sitting in a chair where I can't lean back to support my upper back and neck, I ordered this brace. I had one that fit around the arms and fastened in the back like a bra but it cut off the circulation in my arms quickly so I couldn't use it very long. The same thing happens with this brace if I wear it in the configuration pictured on amazon site and the product box. If I wear it with the straps going under my arms, it's very hard to stretch the straps long enough to fasten them in front, making the product seem "too small." Also, the circulation is cut off in my arms, making it even more uncomfortable than the support device I was replacing. So, I place the straps over my shoulders (using the cushions there), cross them in an "X" on my chest, then wrap them around my waist and fasten them in the back. This may not be the ideal configuration but it does help support my upper back and keep it straight without torturing me in other ways. The brace has extended the time I can sit comfortably and concentrate before I have to take a break. I still can't go very long but any improvement is welcome. I can put it on over my clothes for driving and when it gets cooler, I'll try try some yard work with it. If I could wear it the way it's designed, I'd give it a 5.

THIS IS DESIGNED FOR KIDS!!!! That's why it seems to run so small. I got medium and I barely fit in it. Other than that a good product! It pulls your shoulders back and help you to maintain( with time) a good posture. Make sure you start slowly with it. First couple of days wear it for 15 minutes, than 20 min, than 30 min.. So your back slowly adjust to that and you won't have pain. And remember, it won't fix your problem!
