Superb product. Ideal for making Srikhand. It’s handy and uses less space. Its capacity is 800 grams curd. Easy to clean. Light weight and aesthetic.

Very easy to use and gives perfect results. Makes thick, creamy curd in 6–8 hours. Great for small families and daily use. No preservatives — much better than store-bought. Compact, easy to clean, and totally worth it!

Quality of overall product is ok. Not so tough but not so delicate. It is a plastic body. Not any kind of hard fiber or something. Easy to use and cleaning. After use just deep in to water for sometime and then wash with detergent soap. Design is good. If you see pictures I have poured almost 750 ml of Mother Dairy Pouch curd and after overnight its water got drained completely and easily. Eventually I got thick hung curd around 400-450 ml. Not taste is completely depend upon curd you use. But overall I would recommend this product bey sure.

It’s an okayish product. I have used it twice, one time with 12 hrs and second time with 24 hours. Either of the time I didn’t receive the perfect consistency. It was a bit runny. I don’t have 48 hrs to make hung curd. I have used muslin cloth before which I consider that much easier than this product. I feel if there’s something to press the curd, consistency can be better in lesser time. Giving 3 stars for design, ease of cleaning, and visibility.

Giving this 4 stars — it’s a good tool that takes a bit of time but gets the job done. Performance: It works best with packed dahi, giving you thick, creamy curd. With homemade dahi (which tends to have more water), results can be inconsistent. Sometimes the bottom half thickens up while the top remains runny. In those cases, you may need to stir it midway or strain it a second time. Bonus Tip: The whey it releases is a nice bonus! Great for baking, general cooking, or even as a drink — just add a pinch of salt (or not) and it’s refreshing and healthy.
