This product, in powder form, is so easy to take. I mix it in water before bedtime. No taste is left in your mouth. I noticed a great improvement in my gut within 2 days. It certainly does its job of balancing the flora. I have just ordered my second bag and will continue to take this product. Being 75, it is important to watch your gut flora.

Bought to sprinkle on dogs food. I also take it mixed with cold water. Odorless and tasteless. Seems to be working for gut and skin health.

I readily admit as a Vine member I occasionally just do a cursory look at the price, which I did here, which I regret. The price for this product is $39 in September 2024. You get 100 servings. Nature's Bounty has the same supplement in pill form for 120 servings for 7.89. (made in USA). ASIN B0014CVXMW. I usually like to support small businesses but the cost is substantial here.

So, absent a lab and some double-blind studies, I really can't speak as to the effectiveness of this. But from a consumer perspective, I can say a few things. First, it's a pretty good quantity, for the price, based on my comparison shopping. Second, it's fairly easy to use (I stirred it into a number of different things, including some Keto shakes and a few home-made smoothies), and didn't notice any significant change to the taste or texture of my drink. The fact that it is labeled as manufactured FOR the supplier (which keeps you from seeing who actually manufactured it, and where) is somewhat concerning, but the GMP certification is somewhat reassuring. If there was more actual data on the packaging on the sourcing, I'd be considerably more comfortable with it, but using it after a long course of heavy antibiotics, it seems to have worked as expected, so I'll give it 4 stars, absent any additional reasons for concern.

I'll try any supplement this company makes as I've loved all the ones I've tried and this one is no exception! I try new probiotics all the time and most of them don't do anything but I really do notice a difference when I take this one. It mixes easily and doesn't taste like anything so it's easy to drink. I love that there's no added fillers! Win win!
