First time trying this type of herbal fruit tea
Very delicious and warming. I really appreciate that the sugar is a cube that I can remove easily from the mix. I start my day with a 16 oz thermos and constantly add hot water to it, without any noticeable flavor change. Without the sugar it is still pleasantly sweet. Would really recommend, especially for those who are trying to cut back on caffeine. You get the warmth without that insane energy rush.

Post partum recovery
I tried this Chinese herbal tea during my postpartum recovery and really enjoyed it. It has a lovely, gentle warmth that feels so soothing after everything your body goes through. The flavour is comforting without being too strong, and I found it helped me feel more balanced and relaxed. A really nice ritual to look forward to each day — perfect for supporting recovery and a bit of self-care.

Nice TCM Tea
This tea is good. I was a little worried I wasn’t going to like it. When I opened the package I didn’t care for the scent, though I learned that’s normal. Jujube + longan sometimes smell funky when first hydrated because of the natural sugars caramelizing and the sulfur compounds from drying. It’s actually really nice and makes you feel cozy. The ginger wasn’t too strong, the flavor was balanced nicely. The second steep taste the best. I like to “carry the root” and leave a little of the first steep since the black sugar lingers towards the bottom and it extend that sweetness. It’s great and will report back on the medicinal properties. I am using this tea to help replenish my body after 2 years of extreme burnout and grief. We will see in the next few months. :)

Tastes comforting and warm – great for postpartum recovery
I drank this every day after my first C-section, and while I can’t say for sure how much it helped with healing, my recovery felt smooth overall. The tea has a naturally sweet flavour thanks to the brown sugar, and it’s genuinely comforting to drink — especially when you’re sore and tired. It didn’t noticeably boost my milk supply, but I loved it for the warmth and daily routine it gave me. Definitely worth trying for postpartum care or just as a soothing herbal drink.
