Yes, the bags are small, but it literally tells you how many ounces it is. I bought it to make the Dubai Chocolate (of course). Personally, I thought it was the perfect size bag for a “trail run” of making Dubai Chocolate. The molds I got are on the smaller side so I didn’t use all of the kataifi mixture, but it was surely more than enough. I got 3 bars made, I probably used 1/4 to about 1/2 of the bag. So I have a lot left over yet, and can probably make 3-4 more bars! The kataifi itself was really good, nice and crunchy which I assume that means it’s fresh. I think it was a reasonable price considering it’s not common in the US (at least where I’m from). Toasting it up on the stove with some butter was super easy, only took like 5 minutes! It added a nice toasted flavor. I overall and pleased with this purchase and definitely recommend buying! The only thing I’ll say is, if you’re expecting a BIG bag of kataifi this is not what you want lol, but it contains a decent amount to get you a few bars! I would have added a picture but I was too excited when I got it and forgot to take one lol.

Great product! Have been using this to make dubai chocolate bars and the strawberry dubai cups. They are the right amount to make a big batch of them.

It came packaged wonderfully - in a box, plastic sealed, inside was a ziploc bag about half full of the product. It seemed like a very small amount to me. I was using it to make Dubai Chocolate - and I was able to make 6 bars with 3/4s of the bag. It comes already cut up/crushed. It isn’t in a small brick like I’ve seen all of the others which is okay - less work for me! If you want to make Dubai Chocolate, I suggest getting it. It’s already cut up, it’s crushed essentially, so you don’t have to worry about cutting it up yourself, and it’s much easier to measure. The taste was great - it tasted just as it should. And the quality of the product really helped make the bars shine. They were SO crunchy! (After toasting with butter of course) Overall value is great in my opinion, at least for what I needed it for.

Miss Kafi is so fun to work with the back seemed rather small however, there was a lot that came in a bag and so it was compact. It’s easy to use it tastes great and the quality is fair. I feel that it is functions great and you get a decent amount for the money that you spend and there is no smell.

It is my first experience with this dough. I think it is good. It was delivered fast, and the packaging was good. The dough itself was in the bag, and the bag was in the box, and it prevented any damage in transport. It was easy to toast it with some butter to make it crunchy for the Dubai chocolate with strawberries. Even when the toasted dough touched chocolate and strawberries, it stayed crunchy and didn't lose its texture. I totally recommend getting it. Even though it is only 100 g it is a good amount, since it is not the main part of the meal.

Small package but when you toast it, it actually makes a good amount. It was the perfect amount to mix with the 3oz of pistachio cream and some tahini. I already ordered a 2nd time!
