What is the thinnest pole this will take before the bolt doesn't tighten

Sorry, don't know the answer. Probably fits a standard size pole used for popular pole feeders.

Can this be put in a garden tub

The tub would need to be quite large and heavy with plenty of compacted material inside. Mine is in the middle of my lawn so on a flat surface. If the feeders were top heavy Or many birds were on one side I could imagine the pot tipping. I can’t see the actual pole moving though.

Does it fit Nature's market wild bird feeding station which is sold as Kingfisher on Amazon?

If it’s a feeding station with a long centre pole I don’t see why not. It takes a pole up to 24mm thick. Has a screw to tighten up holding it tight. Look for the dimensions of the pole..

Will it fit the chapelwood wild wings dining station, the station has already one hook in the pole but is not enough to be stable.

It appears to be able to take most size of clear poles. However if the pole you refer to has a “hook” it will not go through the fitting.
