My daughter is obsessed with this heating pad. It’s super convenient she can walk around with it and the vibration helps her through that’s rough first days cramping. She states the heat is perfect and comfortable and we like the shut off in case she falls asleep with it on. Great value for the money it’s worth it

I really like this unit! It heats up instantly, and the lowest setting is usually more than adequate.The heating pad measures 8 inches wide, which is wider than many others. Not only does it cover a broader range on the body, the heat is actually spread out over a wider area and not so concentrated in the middle, as in another brand I also purchased. And being wider, it's more versatile in that it can be worn for back pain, as wellI'm still getting used to the unit and it is extremely comfortable. When it turns itself off after 30 minutes, I forget I'm even wearing it.It's solid and very well made. And, unlike the more popular brands, this one has a comprehensive digitaldisplay, which makes it easier to adjust and more user-friendly.Most important, though is its ability to reduce the severity of pain, and it does so while enabling mobility. It's also thin enough to wear discreetly when away from home.I haven't yet used the vibration feature, so can't comment other than it is loud enough to be heard from across a quiet room.I'm very satisfied with this product!

This is amazing and it helps so so much however I would be careful wearing it for long stretches, I rotate between 2 because I have severe abdominal pain when it comes to that time of the month and I have found that I have burnt with them, currently still healing - however with how much it helps and allows to me function I can't discredit it for that.I don't tend to use the massage side of it but did find the vibration to be strong when I tried it, I just use the heat but I can imagine for some the vibration would help.Because I use 1 of them by the time one runs out, I put the other in charge, and swap and I can guarantee that the one on charge is fully charged once the one I'm wearing has run out, I think the battery life is around 1.5 hours with continuous use, and of course the heat of it is extremely good.I like the size of it too, it's not too bulky so I can hide it under clothing highly recommended having layers between you and the pad though, I was wearing period pants a t-shirt (tucked into my jeans) and managed to get burns although I should note my skin is possibly quite thin after housing 3 pregnancies ons being a set of twins.I think all in all for the price I paid, it's a wonderful feeling to find something that helps so much.
