Cycle is very good. But don't expect any solution to your service requests online.Worst replies you will get ever by the team. They will not provide any solution to the problems and suggest you to go for local mechanic. And if anything missing in box, they simply say we dont send any parts.

I always loved cycling but there was no option for me as I live in hills and it's very hard to cycle here. No one actually own cycle here but after seeing this cycle i finally thought giving it a go so here my thoughts if you are thinking of buying it.Pros - 1. Range is really good, haven't tested Full battery range but after using it in extreme hills and moderate hills only 2 bars used from the battery for 14-15kms.2. Build quality is really good.3. Tires are very sturdy and gives you confidence in turns .4. Disk Brakes - Brakes are ok ok but had one incident going downhill where I had applied full brakes but cycle was not stopping.(in extreme slope road but brakes are fine in plain road)Cons - 1. As I said disk brakes are good but could be better.2. Handle bar grips are not good it hurts and also my handle grips are not aligned properly but can't fix it even emotorad team told me go to some local mechanic.3. Do not expect that you can cycle it in extreme hills as you wont be able to push it but can do moderate hills which normal gear cycle can't do.4. Please only use padle assist, using only throttle defeat the purpose of having a cycle but throttle anyway is not that powerful i wish emotorad team gives a little more torq in next version probably then we could be able to do the extreme hills as well.Please note - My opinion is only based on cycling in hills I am sure this cycle will perform a lot better in plain areas.

Color of cycle Frame is quite attractive and sturdy, you feel it premium.2. Range : Everybody want to know about range, range is 45kms if you use cruise mode.3. Cruise mode: I love using cruise control on this cycle. You don't have to pull the accelerator all the time, this boon for any cyclist.4. Charging: Charger gives you green light indication when cycle is fully charged.5. Gears and disk brakes: Gears are branded and disk brakes won't disappoint you.6. Accessories: There is one (light) only but you have an option to install carrier and two water bottle holder at front.7. Light: I found light is average, not too bright not too dull. But you can install another on handle bar.\\8. Battery : Battery backup is constant till date. It is removable battery so no worry for apartment owners.Cons :1. Charging takes 5 hours from 0 to 100, you can't see exact percentage of battery. You have to rely on Kilometers you rode.2. accessories: Emotorad could give atleast proper mudguard.3. Seat: Seat feels uncomfortable for long rides ie. 20kms for 1 go. You can buy big seat and gel cover for better Cushioning.4. Tyres. Tyre size is 29inches which elevate your position but i Expected tubeless in this price. (They are tube tyres)

T-Rex AirI have been searching for a good ebike for my daily commute (from home to workplace total 70 km). Found this one at an affordable price point with great features.Assembly - very easy with support staffBattery - Initial charging took nearly 4 hours. Subsequent charging took max 3.5 hours.Range - I have been getting 45 to 50 km on a single charge onPedal Assist Mode 5.Built quality - Built is very good. Finishing of the colours is awesome. Frame has lifetime warranty. When you ride it on the road you get curious looksBrakes & Gears - Gears are very smooth. Shift them only while in the run. Disc brakes are good enough to control the bike at 25 kmph also.I would recommend this ebike for daily commute. Worth every pennyNew T-Rex Air has got the ignition lock. So that's a good upgrade.aAwesome e cycle in this range .

This is my first EV bike. Emotorad Air is really easy to use, give 30+ speed on PAS. Its weight is at the right balance, not too light so it does not shake with high speed and not too heavy so it can be easily handled. So far I have charged it full before first use, and now I have already rode over 36km and the battery is half way remaining. Headlight, horn these features are really helpful specially when riding at night. However, I wish the horn sound was a bit louder, on the LED screen there is a sound control option, but somehow it does not increase the horn volume. Overall, I absolutely love this bike and really enjoying riding it on the road.

Excellent bicycle which is done with a well thought out design. The frame is quite sturdy.PAS is very helpful on inclines and the throttle mode too helps you to quickly move or cut through in dense traffic where pedalling might be slow.Headlamp has decent brightness and battery back up is quite as quoted.Assembling is a little effortful but one can do at home.I had a few clamps for the reflectors missing. Support team understood the issue, asked for photos and shipped the missing parts in 2-3 weeks.Only drawback I see is with the Hartex tires- they aren't grippy in wet conditions. I slipped once during rain. Emotorad can think of getting better tires up next.10 month review:Downgrading from 5 to 2 stars for the following reasons. I really hope the company looks at these and does something.Brakes - extremely poor life - Had to change pads twice in 1000km itself. The dangerous thing about this is that the cable suddenly gives away when you apply brakes and when the pads being to wear out. This is a huge safety risk and makes the whole bicycle unreliable for transport. I always roam around with pliers and allen key in my bag. Such is the sad state of affairs.Lack of good service network - The authorised service center is 4 km away from home and riding a bicycle that far on a main road is risky. Emotorad should look at having more service centres in residential localities.Handle bar height - For someone who is 6'1", there is lot of bending forward - I wasn't able to find suitable stem risers for this bicycle - there were fitting issues. If emotorad is wanting people to do DIY installation and servicing, they must provide a proper repository of videos and manuals for the various parts. Many are often missing. I found videos of brake repair but for handle bar adjustment and other items, they do not have lot of resources.Another drawback I notice is that if the battery charge goes below 50%, the performance is miserable. PAS2 performs as good as PAS1 when battery drops lower than 50%. Once it drops to less than 30, there is very little power from the battery. So, I really doubt whether the battery range is as good as it is promised in theory.

I regret buying this cycle every single day. Every single component has worn out in less than one year and just about 1500 km including motor, brake callipers, battery, and even the handle bar and shock absorbers are in terrible state. I had to give it for full service 3 times in last one year and still no luck. Now in about 1 year 2 months, they are asking me to replace the motor. Just to be clear, I haven’t taken it out for off-roading and has never been in any accident. This is the condition with one year of normal everyday usage of about 5km a day. Battery doesn’t last more than 15-18 kms. Battery capacity naturally degrades over time, but this is almost half, too much, too soon. Worst purchase ever. I recommend not to buy. I’ve never been satisfied with the cycle from day 1. Unfortunately, I bought it online from Amazon, so I couldn’t get any service centre support as well. I tried contacting emotorad several times in between. They make a video call and say you will have to get a,b,c etc things replaced and unfortunately none is covered under warranty. So pay amount x,y,z and enjoy your ride. Such pathetic support, I must say.
