I love this pillow! Much more affordable than the ads for similar pillows I kept seeing on IG. The memory foam is super comfortable and the edges help keep my head supported and prevent falling to the side. It’s helped my sleeping posture and keeping a straighter neck/spine. Because my neck is always supported and I lay more straight with the pillow, my low back pain has gotten better. The place where you’re supposed to rest your arm doesn’t work for me, which is the only thing I think this pillow could do better.I bought one for my husband as well since I like it so much. The cover is also washable.
