Love Love Love this speaker. Great sound, reliably connects to your phone. The mounting strap on the back is awesome. We connect it to our golf bags and/or cart for directional music. We also attach it to our boat cleats while floating in the lake. The size and weight are not at all obtrusive - it fits in my golf bag and camping "tech tote" easily. We've had Ultimate Ears for years - their reliability and durability keep us coming back. We now have 4 of these little gems, one or each of us so there's no fighting over who gets to use it.

Sounds great. Even at lower volumes, the bottom end is very present. Perfect for travelling or hiking due to its form factor and smaller size. The battery just goes on and on. I have several BT speakers and aside from the larger Bose speakers, this one is the best. Also very simple to use... don't need an app. And the volume up and down buttons are much more gradual than using the volume buttons on your mobile phone. This allows you to set the perfect volume for your given situation. Very glad I made the purchase!

Sounds great for such a compact speaker. UE makes great speakers. Solid construction and waterproof. I have several, starting with one of the originals that's over 15 years old and the battery is still going strong. I bought it to sit on a sunken tray atop the dashboard in my aged truck because the radio doesn't work and has no satellite radio capability, so why fix it? My old cylindrical Boom rolls out and onto the floorboard out of reach, but this Miniroll doesn't. BUT two gripes: 1) the vibration of the speaker makes it buzz on hard surfaces because it's shaped like a big M&M, so only a very small area of contact. Should be flat. I had a giant rubber O-ring and that did the trick in the truck but a folded dish towel worked on a table 3) the Miniroll uses a specific app that has been discontinued so don't bother downloading it; functions like EQ, Party Up syncing with other UE speakers--including other Minirolls--or anything else have been disabled. Customer service said it meant to be a simple plug-and-play device and is a separate product line. If you want all those capabilities get any of the other Boom speakers. The megaboom 4 sounds awesome but is much larger. The Miniroll suits my needs but the discontinuation of control settings is disappointing and wasn't mentioned in the product description. So a 4 out of Five.

I have a couple of BOOM speakers and was looking for a small speaker for my wife. The Miniroll was exactly what I was looking for. The sound quality is really good for the speaker size. The mounting strap is great to secure the speaker in a variety of locations. Being that this speaker is waterproof, this is a great option if you are looking for a shower speaker.

Have been using this daily for nearly 8 hours at a time. Its a champ. Only weak point so far is the strap. They don't sell spares and it WILL eventually break off the screw thingy. So, if/when it breaks you'll have to jerryrig it back. It can get pretty loud, but that's not its purpose. The battery life is why I got it. I wanted plenty of headroom. When I get home after 8 hours of use, its usually around 60% charge. That's on a 'radio behind the counter' volume level.

Esta la compré por lo compacta y veremos cómo se desempeña en el lugar donde usualmente pongo la boom 3 que es un área un poco más ruidosa… Lo malo es que ni la wonderboom 3 o 4 ni esta, tienen conexión con la app de UE

I have been using this Miniroll for about a month and I am seriously impressed! It sounds loud with great bass for its size, I love how portable it is and how easy it is to use its a connect and go since they lack app functionality, it feels nice in my hands and not heavy, with it's 12 hour battery life its been my workhorse companion and its truly an amazing portable speaker!

Tiene buen audio a pesar de que es pequeña, aunque habría sido genial que incluyeran el modo exterior igual que el wonderboom. Chido que tenga entrada de carga tipo C, malo que no incluya el cable..

We had the original version of this speaker and unfortunately someone stole it. We were devastated because we used it for everything but it was particularly good for taking on the kayak as the strap you use to clip it is awesome! So I'm so happy they finally released a new version so we jumped at buying it. It's just as good as the original. Great sound, water proof, good strong clip. It's awesome if you like taking your music with you!
