This burnt my scalp and I had to quickly wash it out with cool water it felt like my scalp was on fire.

Bad Packaging
Product is good but when put out for delivery needs to be wrapped up and not just stuck in an envelope where it had burst open and some of the product had leaked out into the envelope. This conditioner is expensive enough without it being wasted because of bad packaging.
