What are the full ingredients please? Is it sticky?

New Zealand Active Manuka Honey (Activity Level 12 plus), Aloe Vera, Panthenol. Sterilized. It is sticky, like the most of wound honey, but it is the best I could find, I use it on my face at night (perioral dermatitis), then wash it off in the morning.
