I’ve tried a few different knee braces and honestly wasn’t expecting much from this one, but I’m really impressed with it. It actually feels like it’s giving my knee some support without feeling like I have my leg wrapped in a damn cast. The side stabilizers are probably my favorite part because they keep the brace in place and give some extra stability when I’m walking around. The straps are easy to adjust, and once I got it positioned correctly it was pretty comfortable to wear. It’s not bulky under my clothes either, which is a big plus. I can actually move around without constantly having to mess with it. For the price, I think this is a really good knee brace. It feels well made and actually does what I bought it to do. Definitely recommend if you need some extra support without wearing something huge and uncomfortable.

Great knee brace. It stays in place and is comfortable. I only took one star off because it doesn’t wick/release moisture well and it gets a bit sweaty underneath. The resistance band and exercises that came with it was a super bonus because it was that that helped mend my runner’s knee. I strongly recommend using the band and 4 day exercises in the booklet. Overall, great all around product package for the price.
