This Prebiotic seems to being working quite well. I went to the physician because I had food poisoning that activated acid reflux and ulcer symptoms. the physician prescribed medications and they were not working. so my sister suggested I try this product along with my medication. I am on day 14 and my stomach is doing better. I am hoping to get back to my health digestive system that I can eat anything, however in the current moment I will continue with this companies products. I am starting the probiotic tomorrow. I will post after a month on that product. Hopefully my digestive health will be restore to perfect health.

Did not work for me. I just got extremely bloated and gassy the first week and it never went down. Wish i hadn’t bought it.Update: although it didn’t work for me the company reached out after seeing my review and gave me a full refund. If this product works for you then great! Company is amazing

It arrived quickly. I haven't noticed any big changes in 10 days. But I've reordered it for another 30 days to give it a fair chance to make a noticable change.

I took this as instructed, and after perhaps three/four days, started to realize that I was not quite as “regular” as normal. Nothing in the documentation or on Amazon mentioned this as a possible side effect, so I put it off as coincidental and kept taking it as instructed. In the evening of the eighth day of taking this, (and still not being quite as regular as I would normally be) I had strong cramping on the left side of my abdomen, and stopped taking it. It was difficult to get comfortable enough to sleep, the area was painful to press on, and I wasn’t able to use the restroom to any real relief. After about 24 hours (during which time I barely ate, stayed hydrated, and had eventually productive bathroom visits again) the pain subsided significantly. I’m now at 36 hours and the pain has almost left completely. Once I stopped taking this product, things seemed to improve, and nothing else in my diet was significantly different than normal, so I can’t think of what else to attribute it to. Once a positive note, if you’re worried that the ingredients are merely placebos, you can stop worrying! lol

Worked like a charm to stop a persistent case of diarrhea. Highly recommended!

After YEARS of gut instability and near liquid passing, I decided to give this a try. YES it caused intense pressure and cramping on the left lower abdomen. It does note this on the packaging as well. BUT it changed my life! I only made it through 7 days before I succumbed to the cramping and stopped but that was enough. I've been solid and regular for 3 months now and I can go out for a full day without worrying about bathroom access. I can go out to eat without stopping mid meal to use the restroom. This might not be for the faint of heart but it absolutely worked and I would recommend it to absolutely anyone who thinks they've tried everything with no results.

I am taking zepbound to lose weight and manage a1c. I moved to a higher dose of 12.5 at week 32. This is the first time I started to experience gut side effects. I started getting hair loss, reflux, constipation and body sensitivity (for 2-3 days immediately after taking the shot, and then it goes away) and I was still losing much slower than I initially did, about .5 lb a week which is ridiculously slow at this high a dose. I already take a very good pro-pre-biotic mix so I added this to see if it could help.Cons-The taste of these capsules is slightly repulsive- they taste like fish oil capsules that are expired and gasoline. I got over the taste by taking with a flavored drink. The first 9-10 days I really didn’t notice a lot of cons. Day 11-14 I started to notice I was getting a cramping feeling in my lower left stomach area. Day 12 I woke up in the middle of the night to p because I had to go so badly- this never happens to me. Day 13 my morning p was dark w/ a strong scent and I still had mild lower left side pain. This is the only thing I have changed about supplements, eating, drinking etc. I didn’t put it together until day 15 - this was impacting me. I also think the packaging is overkill. So much waste for a pretty presentation making it look like a z pack. Putting this in a packet or glass bottle would really be just fine.Pros- this did help with my new constipation. I have been regular BM no issues at all forever. Going up to the 12.5 was only the second time ever in my life I have ever been constipated. This also helped w/ weight loss pushing me up to 1.5 lbs lost a week from my average of 0-.5 lbs per week for the previous 10 weeks. The reflux reduced and sweet cravings reduced. At day 13-15 I noticed less hair in my brush, thank goodness. I was losing so much hair everyday and it was not due to rapid weight loss, because I wasn’t really losing anything and I am careful to keep calories and protein reasonable.Would I try this again? The urine and lower left side pain concerns me. I might try this again, but only taking 1 a day for a longer period and carefully keeping an eye on this.
