This is an awesome machine. Allows you to make two separate ice creams. Easy to use and the results are fantastic. Just 5 ingredients gets you started. The accompanying instructions have recipes but it’s in metric. The answer is to Google the ice cream maker and what ice cream you want to make.(ex: "Chocolate ice cream Pukomic") UPDATE: Tips for best results. chill mixture for 2-3 hrs min. Freeze cup for 18+ hrs or next day. Churn for 15-20 min max, then transfer to a container to freeze. Basic Vanilla. Makes 1 pint - 1 cup whipping cream, 1/2 cup whole milk,1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, pinch of salt. That's it! I've made Chocolate, Strawberry, Vanilla, Butter Pecan, Peach, Pralines and Cream, Lemon Sherbet, Cookies and Cream and Coffee ice cream, so far. You will definitely want to get some pint container with lids.

I was super excited to try this because my wife cant have dairy which makes getting her ice-cream more expensive. I loved the 2 cups at a time. The mugs didn't get really cold. I left them for double the suggested time and i got cold milk. I followed their recipe and everything. I was very disappointed.

Luv it, but you seriously want to mix the ingredients first , because the thermo containers freeze instantly.

Very easy to use and makes delicious ice cream. I make sure the cups are completely frozen, and all the ingredients are chilled. In 15 to 30 minutes the ice cream is ready. The recipe I use for 1 cup of ice cream is: 1/3 cup heavy cream, 1/3 cup milk, 3 T. sugar, and 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract. We like malted ice cream, so I add 2 T. Anthony's Malted Milk Powder. I mix all of this ahead of time and mix very well. Then refrigerate until ready to make your ice cream. My granddaughter said it was the best ice cream she ever had. We eat it straight out of the frozen mug so you can take your time to enjoy.

it's ok. The grand kids like it. makes more of a frosty consistancy - ice cream melts super quick. Not bad for the price.

We are using this product for last 15 days. With this help we made our first home made ice cream for our kids play date. It is very successful. Good freezing temp. Easy to handle and make. Really worth of buying it.
